Casale de Pasquinelli sits in the hills above Lucca, in a corner of Tuscany that still feels genuine and underexplored. We’ve photographed a few weddings here — it works particularly well for smaller celebrations where guests stay on site, and the elevated position means the light and views are hard to argue with.
The dinner area sits high enough that the view opens up across a wide stretch of Tuscany — the kind that makes guests stop mid-dinner to step away and photograph the incredible sunsets. As the evening moves and the light drops, the landscape does most of the work.

Frankie and Marilia were absolutely incredible to work with. The preparation beforehand coupled with their flexibility goes such a long way in the midst of planning a wedding from overseas.
