We are sure we had seen photos of wedding at Castello di Celsa at least by 2013 – and it instantly became a priority of our Italy bucket list of venues. Maybe, way back then, we were already dreaming of Italy more than we thought. Little did we know we would end up photographing this Elopement at Castello di Celsa right after moving here.
We couldn’t shake this castle off our heads. Around that time, we had recently had a meeting with a bride (that ended up not booking us for her wedding) for a wedding at Borgo San Felice, and that would have been our first Italian wedding – but it made us think about Tuscany nonstop.
Life is crazy. We can plan all we want, but we never know where we’re going to end up. Natalia and Marcos reached out through their planner (Gabi Rapuano, who has since become a friend). They wanted a quiet and romantic elopement at Castello di Celsa. They ended up having a candlelit dinner after the ceremony and photos, with an incredible view of the castle.
We couldn’t have gotten luckier.
